Panzhihua Xingchen Vanadium & Titanium Co. Ltd.(Xingchen Ferroalloy for short), is founded in October 2000, and occupies 68,000 square meters of land in Panzhihua, Sichuan, China, with more than 500 employees. So far, Xingchen has been one of the few companies who were titled the "National High-tech Enterprises" in Panzhihua.
Xingchen’s initial mission--to produce vanadium products--has now been expanded to the production of molybdenum, cobalt and nickel. Xingchen’s current annual production capacity is 5000tons of vanadium pentoxide (V2O5), 4000tons of ferro-vanadium (FeV50), 3500tons of ferro-nickel (FeNi), 600tons of ferro-molybdenum (FeMo60), 1000tons of electrolytic nickel (nickel content), and 200tons of cobalt (cobalt content). While strictly following the International Quality Management Standard ISO9001: 2008, Xingchen’s major techniques to produce vanadium pentoxide and ferrovanadium have also been proved meeting the international advanced level.
Xingchen commits itself to the comprehensive utilization of resources, and believes that the “waste” resources are far from exhausted. The majority of Xingchen’s raw material is waste residue from other corporations. This niche strategy has demonstrated greater growth and profitability returns than the industry as a whole. The company relies upon technology progress and initiatives, and has shown impressive results in the area of energy efficiency and reduction of pollutants.
In 2004, Xingchen was honored as ‘Sichuan Shuang’ai Shuangping Advanced Corporation’. On the 8th of October, 2004, Xingchen successfully passed theISO9001:2008 International Quality Control System Attestation. In 2005 and 2009, Xingchen was recognized as ‘Sichuan Top 100 Medium and Small-size Growing Corporation’, ‘Outstanding Corporation of China’. In the year of 2006, Xingchen was jointly awarded the title of ‘Sichuan Advanced Unit of Quality Control in Private Sectors’, ‘Sichuan AA Credit of Corporation’s Quality of Control’, and was acclaimed as ‘Three As Credit Ratings Corporation’ by the local financial sector, as well as the title of honor Sichuan Keystone Technical Innovation Project (to exploit means of producing ferrovanadium and ferro-molybdenum under the use of corundum residue and scrape that contains vanadium).
